Our second workshop, live on our Instagram channel, in January focusses on meditation and how the breath can help you centre your mind, ready for any of life’s stressful situations.
This workshop is not just for beginners, but for those that regularly meditate; Roxie gives her trained opinion and advice on how to get the best out of your moment of calm, and answers questions from ‘what is a sound bath?’ to ‘what time of day is best to meditate?’
